Crypto Mining
Our own mining mod, built for Between Broken Worlds and found on no other server. Build a rig, give it graphics cards and power, and it mines crypto around the clock while you're out surviving. Then sell the coins on a live market that moves with the news.
- 01Build the rigPlace a Mining Rig Kit, then fit a circuit board, power supply, USB crypto wallet and at least one GPU.
- 02Power itRun a generator into a cable reel and plug the rig into the reel, or fit a charged truck battery. Then switch it on.
- 03Pick a coinFit a laptop and use Access Crypto Market. The more hash rate you have, the more valuable the coins you can mine.
- 04Cash outWhole coins drop into the USB wallet. Take them out and sell them on the market for cash.
What goes into a rig
A rig won't start until the four core parts are fitted and it has power. Everything goes into the rig's attachment slots.
Mining Rig Kit
A boxed rig frame (7×5 slots, 20 kg). Place it where you want the rig. Whoever places it owns it.
Circuit Board
The rig's motherboard. Nothing runs without it.
Power Supply
Wears out after about 150 hours of mining. Keep a spare.
USB Crypto Wallet
Mined coins are deposited here automatically. When it's full, new coins wait safely on the rig until you make room.
Graphics cards
Each card adds hash rate. You need at least one, and the rig holds up to 8.
Laptop
Fit it to the rig to open the crypto market, pick a coin and move your coins. It only switches on while fitted to a powered rig.
Generator + cable reel
Plug the rig into a cable reel, and the reel into a running generator. The rig won't accept power any other way, so keep the generator fuelled.
Truck battery
Fit a charged truck battery straight into the rig instead of running a generator. When the battery goes flat, the rig stops.
More hash, better coins
Hash rate decides which coins you can mine and how much you earn. Cards only wear out while mining: a GTX lasts about 48 hours of mining and an RTX 5090 about 120.
| Card | Tier | Hash rate | Lifespan | With 8 fitted |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GTX 1080 Ti | 1 | 30 MH/s | 48 h of mining | 240 MH/s, up to Litecoin |
| RTX 2080 Ti | 2 | 55 MH/s | 60 h of mining | 440 MH/s, up to BNB |
| RTX 3080 Ti | 3 | 95 MH/s | 72 h of mining | 760 MH/s, up to Ethereum |
| RTX 4090 | 4 | 160 MH/s | 96 h of mining | 1,280 MH/s, up to Bitcoin |
| RTX 5090 | 5 | 240 MH/s | 120 h of mining | 1,920 MH/s, up to Bitcoin |
A ladder from Stellar to Bitcoin
Every rig can mine Stellar. Each step up the ladder needs more hash rate and pays more for every MH/s you put in. Payouts below use each coin's starting price. The real value moves with the market.
| Coin | Rig needs | Pays per MH/s | Block every | Block reward | Start price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar XLM | Any rig | $3.60 / hour | 1 min | 0.025 XLM | $25,000 |
| Cardano ADA | 30 MH/s | $4.20 / hour | 1 min | 0.035 ADA | $31,000 |
| Polkadot DOT | 60 MH/s | $5.10 / hour | 1 min | 0.045 DOT | $39,000 |
| XRP XRP | 120 MH/s | $6.00 / hour | 1 min | 0.05 XRP | $49,000 |
| Litecoin LTC | 200 MH/s | $6.90 / hour | 2.5 min | 0.14 LTC | $61,000 |
| Solana SOL | 300 MH/s | $7.80 / hour | 1 min | 0.06 SOL | $77,000 |
| BNB BNB | 400 MH/s | $9.00 / hour | 1 min | 0.07 BNB | $96,000 |
| Ethereum ETH | 600 MH/s | $10.50 / hour | 1 min | 0.09 ETH | $120,000 |
| Bitcoin BTC | 1,000 MH/s | $12.00 / hour | 10 min | 1.25 BTC | $150,000 |
Players mining the same coin share its blocks, so a crowded coin pays each rig less.
What would my rig make?
Fill your slots and see which coins you unlock and roughly what they pay. Estimates assume starting prices and nobody else mining the same coin, so treat them as a best case.
Your cards

Pool or solo?
Every coin has its own blockchain, and a new block is found on average every few minutes. You choose how your rig takes part from the laptop.
Pool mining
- Steady income. Each time the pool finds a block, the reward is split by how much hash everyone put in over the last hour or so.
- The rig that actually finds the block takes 10% of it as a finder bonus before the rest is shared.
- The pool keeps a 2% fee on the shared part.
- Your share fades out slowly after you stop, so a short power cut doesn't wipe it.
Solo mining
- You keep the whole block reward, with no fee to pay.
- You only get paid when your own rig finds a block, so you can go hours with nothing.
- Averaged out over time it pays about the same as the pool. It's a gamble for one big hit.
Wear, ownership and safety
- Parts wear while mining. Damaged cards lose hash rate (worn 95%, damaged 80%, badly damaged 55%) and ruined cards produce nothing. You get a message when a card or the power supply burns out.
- It's your rig. Whoever places the kit owns it. An unclaimed rig won't switch on until someone uses Claim Rig. The owner can hand it over with Change Owner.
- Only the owner can move coins off the rig into the wallet.
- Nothing is lost on a restart. Unmined progress and coins waiting on the rig are saved, even through a server crash. Stopping the rig keeps your progress too.
- Moving it: take every part out, unplug it, then use a screwdriver on it to pack it back into a kit.
Sell, buy, speculate
- The laptop opens a live market with all 9 coins and 24 stocks. Prices move all the time: a full market day passes every real hour.
- News breaks every few minutes, from exchange listings and hacks to "bandits raid a mining camp near Berezino", and it moves prices.
- Coins are real items. To sell them, take them out of the wallet and carry them. Crypto you buy turns up in your inventory, or at your feet if you're full.
- Stocks are held on your account, not as items.
- Every trade costs a 0.25% fee, and big orders move the price against you. Selling a huge stack all at once gets you less per coin.
- Money comes out of and goes into your bank account. Stay within 4 m of the rig while you trade.
